Klu Sefadzi Coffie
Founder and Executive Director
Coffie founded Dynamic Lens after gaining decades of experience working for non-profits and community serving organizations. As the executive director of Dynamic Lens, he strives to gather the best people to support the education of local children -- the future of our communities.
Paul Quarshie
Project Director
Passionate about education and community development, Paul is a dedicated project coordinator. With a strong commitment to improving access to education, he works tirelessly to empower and uplift the lives of the children and communities he serves.
Solomon Safo Sackitey
Administration
Solomon, of Ewe-Ga Adangbe heritage, brings valuable experience and a rich professional background to the team, including expertise in coaching, mentoring, and team leadership.
He holds degrees in Marketing and Business Administration and possesses 14+ years of management experience in banking, marketing, construction and NGOs.
Ben Wierzbicki
International Coordinator
Inspired by the community-oriented and education-focused work of Coffie and his peers, Ben works remotely to support Dynamic Lens from the United States.
